Improv Teams

  • For Improv Teams looking to host their own run of 2 to 4 shows with no cost to them

  • Friday or Saturday shows at 10PM available

  • Corn Productions will run ticket sales and manage Front of House for all shows

  • Corn will provide a Stage Manager

  • Tickets are sold at $12 and the hosting team will receive $2 from every ticket sold

Performance rates for full rentals

Evening (after 6pm)
Mondays-Wednesdays: $150/ night
Thursdays and Sundays: $200/ night
Fridays and Saturdays: $250/ night

Late Nights (after 10pm)
Fridays and Saturdays: $150/ night
Sundays-Thursdays: $100/ night

Matinee (before 5pm)
Saturdays and Sundays: $150

Co-Production

  • Complete use of space in allocated times

  • Corn Productions will run ticket sales and Front of House for all shows

  • Corn Productions will provide or assist with hiring a stage manager and provide training as needed

  • Marketing Materials provided

  • A split of net ticket sales will be determined and payment issued to the production team upon completion of the shows run

Fast facts

  • The house has 42 fixed seats, with an additional 10 seats (folding chairs) available to add as needed

  • Our theatre is equipped with a sound system, a sound board with two out-put channels, and an amp connected to house speakers

  • A MacBook is provided for running QLab or playing of your desired program

  • Our theatre is equipped with 14 hanging lights, a two-channel light board, and fixed "clip lights" for transition lighting

  • Our space includes lit backstage areas, two bathrooms, a water fountain, a large fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and a basement dressing room with space for storage.

Rehearsal/ Audition/ Non-Performance Rates

***3 Hour Minimum***

Saturdays and Sundays: $20/ hour
Mondays-Fridays: $15/ hour
